Unity Productions Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit. We use the net proceeds from all product sales to further our film making and outreach activities. All of the merchandise offered for sale on this site is produced on demand in response to a specific customer order.
Except around national holidays, all orders are produced on demand within 5 days of order placement and ship via the shipping method you choose at checkout. When you order ships, we’ll email you shipment confirmation along with tracking numbers to enable you to monitor the arrival of your order.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you choose and are added to the total of the items on your order. For most of the merchandise offered for sale on this site, unit shipping costs drop if you order more than 1 of a given item.
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, and we charge the card you provide at the time of your order.
Because the merchandise offered for sale is produced on demand in response to your order, we do not allow cancellation of orders once placed. On a best efforts basis, upon your request we may at our discretion attempt to cancel orders that have been very recently placed but have not yet been scheduled for production. Because your order is produced and shipped within just a few days after you place it, we do not have the ability to cancel orders in most cases, but we may endeavor to do so if you contact us.
We’re confident that you’ll be completely satisfied with the merchandise we’re offering for sale. If you’re not satisfied with any of the items you purchase on our site, you have the choice of either:
- having us ship a replacement item identical to the one you ordered or
- receiving a refund 100% of your purchase price.
The choice is yours. You must request a replacement or refund via our contact form and do so within thirty (30) days of our shipment notification for these products.
